When I stopped wanting, everything arrived
A note for the New Moon and the beginning of Soft Reality Atelier
For years I thought manifestation was about effort.
About wanting clearly enough, asking loudly enough, visualizing perfectly enough.
I did marathons of Kundalini kriyas and chanting, hours of mantra loops, visualizations and endless rituals.
I made lists, burned papers, prayed, meditated, surrendered and then tried again.
And yet, the more I wanted, the more life seemed to hold its breath.
Things were coming, yes, but they came in little drops. Tiny reflections of what I longed for.
And I was so thirsty that every single drop got all of my attention and all of my energy.
It was always a test.
Always a heartbreak.
A karmic reflection.
Endless lessons in love, in work and in every part of my reality.
It took years to realize that reality doesn’t respond to effort, to pushing, to the yang of doing, nor even to desire itself.
Reality responds to state, to trust, to the quiet, inner frequency beneath it all.
Underneath all of that spiritual choreography, there was a quiet tension.
Neediness.
An invisible pulse that kept whispering: I don’t have it yet. I want it.
And that vibration froze the flow completely.
When I finally stopped chasing, when I simply sat in stillness, love found me.
The love I had prayed for, scripted for, visualized for years.
Not a movie version of love, but a living, imperfect, real one.
And it arrived the exact moment I stopped trying to manifest it. (This story deserves its own post.)
A Study in Balance
This New Moon opens a new space in me: a space of gentleness.
It feels like a soft return to the center,
where creation happens not through control but through awareness.
And I’m not here sharing this because I’ve mastered softness or because I know how to handle everything with grace. Not at all.
I’m here because I’m in the process: unfolding it, learning from it and expanding it by sharing its power.
Life doesn’t need to be pushed, forced, or perfected.
It asks only to be seen for what it is.
Soft Reality Atelier is born from that place.
An ongoing study in balance, where beauty, awareness, and detachment shape the elegant (and sometimes funny) mechanics of our realities.
A spiritual atelier and a personal field note from the process of observing and creating the soft way.
The New Moon in Libra: Values, Voice and the Art of Balance
This New Moon touches Gate 50 in Human Design known as the Gate of Values, of moral structure, of what sustains life with integrity.
It’s a lunar seed calling us to redefine what truly matters,
what supports us,
what keeps our world in balance.
Astrologically, it’s a Libra New Moon illuminated by the tension with Aries
(hello to my Sun in Aries).
It’s the eternal dance between harmony and assertion.
Libra often carries the archetype of the peacekeeper,
the one who keeps everything smooth and polite,
sometimes at the cost of truth.
While Aries battles for truth and as a fierce warrior with a soft heart,
has no hesitation in saying it as it is.
So it can come across as abrupt, sometimes even aggressive,
but beneath it there’s always passion, honesty and heart.
Look at where Libra and Aries fall in your chart.
Where do you feel reshaped by this polarity?
How has this theme touched you already over the past week?
For me, the past days have brought several moments of friction,
conversations where my way of speaking the truth was called too direct.
And I realized how that directness, that Aries sharpness,
sometimes clouds the truth itself.
So, I’m learning again: there’s always a balance, always a middle point.
The way is kindness.
Not the curated, fashionable kindness everyone talks about,
but the real one,
the kind that holds empathy for the other
while staying anchored in clarity and values.
It’s not about silencing truth for peace,
nor using truth as a weapon.
It’s about crafting honesty as an art:
delivering truth with grace.
For this New Moon, I invite you to reflect on how to anchor your own integrity.
What do you believe in?
What are you creating?
Is it beautiful but empty of soul?
Or does it carry the warmth of your heart?
What are you ready to share with the world, in your own way, with your own voice?
A New Beginning
Every new moon is a blank page,
but this one feels like an invitation to write differently: with less effort, more presence.
Soft Reality Atelier begins exactly here:
in the delicate space between doing and being,
where creation no longer needs to prove itself,
and reality becomes an act of quiet beauty.
I no longer want to manifest from longing,
but from awareness.
To create from softness, from wholeness, from joy.
To let life move as it wants
and to meet it with grace.
Some of you who have walked with me through past journeys may remember my old 21 Desires PDF. A ritual of writing, a practice I shared years ago during my classes.
Back then, “desire” was a visceral, earthly word: full of longing, of fire, of wanting.
It carried both beauty and so so much attachment.
But now, after revisiting the book Reality Transurfing -a text that years ago didn’t quite land, maybe because it wasn’t the time-
I see the mechanics of desire differently.
Transurfing teaches us that reality doesn’t answer our want,
but our vibration.
It invites us to move lightly, to lower importance,
to allow instead of demand.
That insight closed the last page of illusion for me,
the one where I believed I had to control outcomes to feel safe.
So, under this Libra New Moon,
I want to rewrite those 21 affirmations with you.
Not as desires, but as soft spells:
intentions written from detachment, balance, and beauty.
Twenty-one gentle realities we will breathe into existence,
one word at a time.
Let the words be gentle.
Let them arrive without force.
Let them describe who you are becoming.
This moon feels like a threshold
between old stories and new integrity,
between the noise of effort and the silence of trust.
May Soft Reality Atelier be a space where we learn to live in that silence,
to create softly,
to love with presence,
and to let beauty lead the way.

Or simply take a notebook tonight, light a candle
and write your realities as if they already exist.
